- Responsible for setting marketing and sales objectives
- Responsible for developing the marketing and promotional programs for the
- Responsible for creating an effective and efficient team on basis of proper structuring and the strategy and to achieve the objectives.
- Responsible for giving training and periodical review meetings.
- Responsible to expand the business.
- Responsible person for preparing the target for the divisions based on the analysis and ensuring that the target is there for both BD and sales.
- Accountable for the brand reach and image of the company.
- Accountable for maintaining and controlling the total BD and marketing team.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of Experience as Sales Head and a Total of 15 years of Sales Experience
- Master’s Degree in any stream
- Gender: Male
- Age: Below 45 Years
- Language Known: English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil
- Industry Proffered: Garment Industry.
